Dr. Diana Osman is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston. Together with her business partners, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy that helps patients improve their strength, mobility, and independence. At Results Driven Rehab, PLLC, their mission is to deliver personalized, one-on-one care that empowers patients to achieve meaningful, lasting results from the comfort of their own homes.
